I believe that everyone deserves and has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
With more than 10 years of experience, to include emergency room and outpatient mental health settings, I have found that an approach tailored to the individual client and their needs works best. I bring a combined approach of CBT, DBT, Supportive and Interpersonal treatment modalities to each therapy session and invite clients to find what works for them.
